It is hereby communicated that, as resolved during the meeting of the CPT Board of Directors on April 13, 2026, the contractual form for internal CPT users has been updated.
The changes are aimed at a structural simplification of the document and a greater focus on essential information.
The main changes include:
• Streamlining of the form structure
Removal of redundant descriptive sections and overly detailed fields, resulting in reduced complexity of the form.
• Greater standardization of project information
Introduction of concise and mandatory fields (e.g., project code, duration, deadline), replacing longer and less uniform descriptions.
• Rationalization of the financial section
Removal of the analytical table of services (description, unit price, units) and the detailed calculation of fees, which are already governed by the current pricing schedule.
• Simplification of service request
Transition from a free-text description of services to a clearer selection of platforms/technological areas, improving readability and speeding up completion.
Projects registered through this contractual form will be used within the Center’s booking system, “Agendo”.
Please note that signing the form is mandatory in order to access the services provided by the Center.
Projects submitted using the previous form and not yet expired will remain valid.
