La piattaforma di Genomica e Trascrittomica ha organizzato un seminario di “RNA-Seq and Single-Cell Data Analysis Made Simple” (verranno discussi anche ChIP/ATAC Seq, WGA e WES se c’è tempo) tenuto dalla ditta Partek, che si terrà mercoledì 23 marzo p.v. dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 11:00 online via Zoom (il link verrà fornito tramite newsletter).
Il seminario illustrerà il software di bioinformatica “Partek Flow” per l’analisi dei dati ottenuti mediante Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) (RNA Seq, single cell, DNA Seq, ChIP/ATAC Seq, metagenomics e microarray).
Verranno affrontati i seguenti argomenti:
- Streamlined import of NGS data from any sequencing technology
- Automated data processing by building and sharing analysis pipelines
- Alignment to any reference genome using commonly available alignment tools and aligned readmapping to public or custom transcriptome databases
- Differential gene expression detection, transcription factor analysis, variant calling, biomarkerdiscovery.
