Dear colleagues, we are pleased to inform you that the “Partek Flow” software for the analysis of data obtained by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) (RNA Seq, single cell, DNA Seq, ChIP / ATAC Seq, metagenomics and microarray) has been purchased and is finally active.
However, we do not have an official calendar yet and we have noticed in recent days that many of you are using “Partek Flow” without authorization, making the organization unmanageable for use.
Having currently only one license available and in order to better manage bookings to guarantee ALL the use of the software, I would ask you to:
- – DO NOT USE the software until our official communication;
- – PROVIDE ME: Name and Surname, Email address, Department of belonging of those who intend to use the software.
As a GENERAL RULE I would ask to have only 2 users per group (Project Manager and Bioinformatician or student who will take care of the analyzes); - – GIVE ME your mobile number: to ensure better management I would like to create a WhatsApp group by inserting all of you users in order to be able to communicate more easily in case of booking cancellations or other problems;WE WOULD HAVE THE PLEASURE TO DISCUSS WITH YOU TO BETTER ORGANIZE THE MANAGEMENT OF RESERVATIONS, so I will ask you to ANSWER A DOODLE to find the most suitable date for everyone.
THE SOFTWARE WILL BE AVAILABLE AS SOON AS THE BOOKING CALENDAR STARTS
